Attendee passes and registration packets can be picked up starting at 9:00 AM on Saturday, July 22 at the SVWC tent on the field behind the Pavilion. Our first sessions will begin that day after lunch. The preliminary program will be posted on the website in mid-May. Breakout session sign-ups will be sent via email in late May/early June.
Pass Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your Full Conference Pass and you let us know by May 15, we will be happy to issue you a refund. We regret that no refunds may be issued after that date. A $35 charge per pass will apply to all canceled orders.
