Passes & Registration
Because the character of the conference calls for a certain degree of intimacy, Full Conference Passes, which include smaller sessions and meals, are limited. Since 1995, our first year, we have followed a first-come, first-served policy with regard to pass sales. We appreciate that many people have attended the conference year after year, but we are also mindful of those who have not been able to purchase a Full Conference Pass in the past and who would benefit from the experience.
FULL CONFERENCE PASSES
A Full Conference Pass is $950 and includes admission to all Pavilion events, smaller and more intimate breakout sessions with individual writers, and continental breakfast and barbecue lunch each day.
Passes will go on sale on January 31 at 9:00 AM PST. At that time, we will post registration forms on our website and email them to our mailing list. You can print the form, fill it out, and send it to us with your payment. Passes will be sold based on postmark date.

SINGLE EVENT TICKETS
A limited number of Single Event Tickets are made available to the local Wood River Valley community for a selection of individual talks. They go on sale online via our website in early June.
Students, Educators, and Librarians
We make a special effort to reach out to local students, educators, and librarians and they will be admitted to Pavilion talks free of charge, space available. School ID is required.
If you need to cancel a FULL CONFERENCE PASS and you let us know by April 28, we will be happy to send you a refund. We regret that no refunds may be issued after that date. A $35 charge will apply to canceled orders.
