
Jenny Emery Davidson
Jenny Emery Davidson grew up in Twin Falls, Idaho. She earned a bachelor’s degree at Carleton College in Minnesota while working on a wildland fire crew back home in Idaho each summer. Davidson then ventured into journalism before pursuing a doctorate degree in American Studies at the University of Utah. She taught and worked in administrative roles at the College of Southern Idaho for a dozen years, during which time she also served a Fulbright Fellowship in Mexico. Since 2014, she has served as the executive director of The Community Library in Ketchum. This privately funded public library includes the Wood River Museum of History and Culture and the historic Ernest and Mary Hemingway House and Preserve.
