At the Live Watch Party in downtown Ketchum, SVWC broadcasts select Conference talks on the big screen at The Argyros Performing Arts Center, featuring high-quality audio and visuals in a comfortable indoor setting, special guest appearances, music, drinks, and more.

The Live Watch Party was introduced in 2024 in response to overwhelming demand. By adding a new venue, SVWC can welcome even more members of the local community and expand access to its most sought-after events.
Accessibility for members of the Wood River Valley is central to SVWC’s mission, and the Live Watch Party reflects that commitment. Tickets are intentionally priced affordably and complement the many free and reduced-cost offerings available throughout the Conference. Hosted at the ADA-accessible Argyros theater, the Live Watch Party offers ramped entry, comfortable seating, and an air-conditioned indoor setting—ideal for attendees with mobility needs, hearing or visual impairments, or health considerations that make large crowds challenging.
More than an additional viewing option, the Live Watch Party creates a shared experience, bringing local readers together to engage with authors, ideas, and one another.
