Livestream

Join us July 18-20, 2026  |  FREE

Can’t join us in person? You can livestream select talks from the Sun Valley Writers’ Conference for free, from anywhere! You don’t have to leave your home to witness some of the country’s—and the world’s—best writers and thinkers. Virtual events will take place Saturday, July 18 to Monday, July 20, 2026. The schedule will be announced as we get closer to the event.

Stay tuned for upcoming announcements. We recommend signing up for our email newsletter so you don’t miss a thing.

Livestream Replays

To see livestreaming talks that have already aired, head over to our digital media library where you’ll find both video and audio content from past conferences.

Not all videos that are livestreamed are able to be viewed later (permission dependent). Free livestreaming is made possible by generous donations to SVWC.

Our Commitment to Community Engagement

At the Sun Valley Writers’ Conference, accessibility is at the heart of our work. We are deeply committed to serving the Wood River Valley community, especially our students, teachers, librarians, and educators, and to ensuring that anyone who loves literature can find a place here.

That’s why we’ve developed a wide range of free events and community programs, additional venues, and digital experiences. From library talks and livestreaming to a Live Watch Party and our growing media library, there are more ways than ever to engage with SVWC—both in person and online.

Thank you for being a very important part of the SVWC community. And thank you to our donors who help make these outreach programs possible.
