JEN LEE KOSS is a Founding Partner of Springbank – an early stage venture fund and an advisor to and board member of public and private companies in the consumer, retail and real estate industries throughout North America and Europe. She has worked in management consulting, investment banking, and private equity as both a general partner and limited partner, before starting and later selling her experiential retail agency in 2021. She holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, an M.Phil. from Oxford University and an A.B. Magna cum laude from Harvard University. She is based in Oslo with her four children and is a proud seasonal resident of Sun Valley.
