HOW IT WORKS
Conference Passes are sold online on a first-come, first-served basis (maximum two per type, per person). We have a limited number, and they sell out almost every year—sometimes, within minutes. We recommend signing up for our email newsletter to receive important ticket sales information.
If you would like to get early access to passes, and therefore guarantee your pass, learn more about joining our Family of Donors and our Donor Priority Pre-Sale. Email us with questions as [email protected].
WHERE TO BUY PASSES
When available, you can purchase passes securely with a credit card directly from our website. If you have questions, call 208.726.5454 or email [email protected].
GET EARLY ACCESS AND GUARANTEE YOUR PASS
As a benefit to joining our Family of Donors, you will be given exclusive access to our Donor Priority Pre-Sale! This program is currently closed for 2023, but it allows you to purchase passes in advance of our general pass sale in February. To learn more, email us at [email protected].

The SVWC Experience
PLEASE NOTE:
During the course of the Sun Valley Writers’ Conference, we will be filming, photographing, and recording the overall experience, including all sessions and any Q&A that is included. (This is primarily for our marketing and distribution of content.) Please be aware that by attending the Conference you consent to allow the Conference to use your likeness and voice in recordings, films, and tapes in our marketing materials and all media, now and in the future, waive any rights with respect to such use, and release the Sun Valley Writers’ Conference from any liability pertaining to such use. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
If you purchase a pass and are no longer able to use it, you may notify us by May 15 for a refund minus a $35 per pass handling fee. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after that time.
