Special Series Pavilion Pass

Join us for a special series of afternoon Pavilion Talks July 19-21

This year, in place of our single event tickets, we have a new offering—the Special Series Pavilion Pass! You can join us in the Sun Valley Pavilion for a series of three afternoon Pavilion Talks each day on July 20 & 21 ($150 per day) and for one very special talk on July 19 ($50). Speakers will be announced alongside our schedule and program in May and passes will be on sale June 2 directly from this page. PLEASE NOTE:

• There will NOT be a Will Call desk with paper tickets in the Bookstore Tent.
• The purchase confirmation email/attachment/link IS your ticket and you will need it for entry. We recommend either printing out and bringing the e-ticket with you or taking a photo of it on your phone or saving the email to show when you arrive.
• Please go directly to the Pavilion main staircase entry (West side) with your e-ticket(s). We will be scanning tickets/QR codes there.
• Doors open for entry 30 minutes prior to each talk.
• By attending any Writers’ Conference event, you agree to our photography terms: “During the course of the Sun Valley Writers’ Conference, we will be filming, photographing, and recording the overall experience, including all sessions and any Q&A that is included. This is primarily for our marketing and distribution of content. Please be aware that by attending the Conference you consent to allow the Conference to use your likeness and voice in recordings, films, and tapes in our marketing materials and all media, now and in the future, waive any rights with respect to such use, and release the Sun Valley Writers’ Conference from any liability pertaining to such use.”
• Events may be livestreamed.
• Passes are required of all participants for attendance. Please respect the attendees and supporters of our nonprofit event—anyone without a pass will be asked by security to leave the site. You may visit our website or our Information Desk in the Bookstore Tent to learn more about other options for enjoying SVWC content.
