Passes on Sale Feb 16

It’s almost time! Passes for the 2023 Sun Valley Writers’ Conference will be available starting at 10am (Mountain Time) on February 16. They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis directly from our website (svwc.com/attend). As in years past, we fully expect passes to sell out quickly—sometimes within minutes—so be sure to mark your calendars! Sign up for our newsletter if you would like an email reminder.
This year, we will be offering a Full Conference Pass ($1,100) and a half-price Next Generation Pass for those ages 35 and under ($550). Both passes allow you to experience all the wonder of the Sun Valley Writers’ Conference throughout the three-day event—full access to all Pavilion talks, intimate breakout sessions, book signings, Q & As, breakfasts and lunches, and a closing reception on the stunning Sun Valley Pavilion lawn.
If passes sell out or you are unable to get a pass for any reason, not to worry. We may open up a small set of reserve tickets, or you can always stay tuned for single event tickets ($35 each), our free community speaker series, free livestreaming, free Pavilion lawn talks, or volunteer opportunities.
For access to private events with writers and VIP dinners, please inquire about becoming a donor. As a benefit to joining our Family of Donors, you will also be given exclusive access to our Donor Priority Pre-Sale. THE NEXT GENERATION PASS
We are excited to offer our half-price Next Generation Pass again for 2023! This pass is available for those age 35 and under, inspiring the “next generation” to become lifelong SVWC supporters.
This pass lets you experience all the wonder of the Sun Valley Writers’ Conference throughout the three-day event … at half the price. We only have a limited supply, so we recommend acting fast!
If you are a donor or current passholder, you can purchase a Next Generation Pass as a gift for your children, grandchildren, a budding writer, or a lucky child you would like to sponsor. Make SVWC a family tradition or simply share the experience of the Writers’ Conference with our valley’s youth.
